Is it Watermelon time already?

I love watermelon-- It's sweet, it's juicy, it means SUMMER is here! Strangely enough, it's overcast and drizzly right now (June gloom in So Cal speak), so looking at all these watermelon recipes reminds me that summer is just around the corner!
